North Carolina High School Football - Parkwood defeats Piedmont

November 1, 2024: Monroe, NC 28112

In Friday's league match, the host Parkwood Wolf Pack football squad scored a good 27-17 victory over the Piedmont Panthers.

The Wolf Pack (3-7) will now prepare for their match against West Cabarrus (Concord, NC). The Wolverines enter the non-league match with a 5-5 record. In their last match, West Cabarrus thwarted Hickory Ridge (Harrisburg, NC), 37-14, in a league match.

Coming up next, the Panthers confront the East Mecklenburg Eagles (Charlotte, NC) in a non-league match, on Friday, November 8. Piedmont will attempt to upgrade on its 2-8 season record. The Eagles enter the match with a 1-9 record after their 60-14 league loss to Providence (Charlotte, NC).
