California High School Football - Saint Francis can't hold off Valley Christian
November 1, 2024: San Jose, CA 95111 Valley Christian Warriors (San Jose, CA) fans went home in high spirits Friday as they saw their football team tip the visiting Saint Francis Lancers (Mountain View, CA), 12-7 in a league battle.
With the win, Valley Christian improves its record to 5-1 on the season. The Warriors travel to Junipero Serra (San Mateo, CA) to play the Padres in a battle on Friday, November 8. The Padres go into the battle with a record of 6-3. Junipero Serra won 45-21 in their recent league battle against Archbishop Riordan (San Francisco, CA)
The Lancers now have a 4-5 record. They play next when they travel to Archbishop Riordan for a battle on Saturday, November 9. Saint Francis will play a Crusaders team coming off a 45-21 league loss to Junipero Serra (San Mateo, CA). The Crusaders record now stands at 2-6.
