In Saturday's league match, the host Central Knights football squad scored a close 41-35 triumph over the Burrillville Broncos.

The Knights (2-6) will now prepare for their match against Barrington (Barrington, RI). The Eagles go into the Division I battle with a 3-5 record. In their last battle, Barrington nipped St. Raphael Academy (Pawtucket, RI), 16-9, in a league battle.

The Broncos now have a 3-5 record. They play next when they travel to Cumberland for a Division I battle on Friday, November 14. Burrillville will meet a Clippers squad coming off a 21-0 league loss to North Kingstown (North Kingstown, RI). The Clippers record now stands at 2-6.
