The Notre Dame Green Knights (West Haven, CT) football knocked off the host Foran Lions (Milford, CT), 42-14 in Saturday's league outing.

The Green Knights now sport a 3-4 record. They take the field next when they host Shelton for a Southern Connecticut outing on Friday, November 7. Notre Dame will battle a Gaels team coming off a 24-14 league loss to Law (Milford, CT). The Gaels record now stands at 1-6.

The Lions (2-5) will now prepare for their game against Harding (Bridgeport, CT). The Presidents enter the Southern Connecticut contest with a 2-5 record. In their last bout, Harding was topped by Sheehan (Wallingford, CT), 42-2, in a league bout.
