Texas High School Basketball - East View tops Ray
November 10, 2022: Corpus Christi, TX 78411 Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the East View Patriots (Georgetown, TX) and the host Ray Texans (Corpus Christi, TX), saw East View's basketball squad knock off Ray by a count of 43-30.
With the victory, East View upgrades its record to 4-1 on the campaign. The Patriots host MacArthur (San Antonio, TX) to play the Brahmas in a non-league challenge on Saturday, November 12. The Brahmas come into the challenge with a record of 4-2. MacArthur won 57-29 in their recent non-league challenge against Rio Grande City (Rio Grande City, TX)
Next up, the Texans play the Carroll Tigers (Corpus Christi, TX) in a 5A Region IV District 29 challenge, on Tuesday, November 15. Ray will attempt to upgrade on its 0-4 season record. The Tigers come into the challenge with a 1-3 record after their 56-42 non-league loss to MacArthur (San Antonio, TX).
