The Liberty Hill Panthers basketball team scored 44 points and held the host Smithson Valley Rangers to 30 in the Panthers non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Panthers now sport a 2-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to South San Antonio West for a non-league contest on Thursday, November 10. Liberty Hill will meet a Cougars team coming off a 45-19 non-league loss to Bandera (Bandera, TX). The Cougars record now stands at 0-1.

The Rangers (1-2) will now prepare for their contest against San Antonio Memorial (San Antonio, TX). The Minutemen enter the non-league contest with a 1-3 record. In their last contest, San Antonio Memorial was outscored by Warren (San Antonio, TX), 77-33, in a non-league contest.
