The Nauset Regional Warriors football team (North Eastham, MA), was beaten 46-24 in Friday's non-league challenge with the host Apponequet Regional Lakers (Lakeville, MA)

The Lakers (4-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Old Rochester Regional (Mattapoisett, MA). The Bulldogs come into the South Coast - Blue challenge with a 5-5 record. In their last challenge, Old Rochester Regional was beaten by Shawsheen Valley Tech (Billerica, MA), 28-8, in a non-league challenge.

The Warriors now sport a 2-6 record. They take the field next when they host Dennis-Yarmouth Regional for a Cape & Islands - Atlantic challenge on Thursday, November 23. Nauset Regional will meet a Dolphins team coming off a 35-22 non-league loss to Sandwich (East Sandwich, MA). The Dolphins record now stands at 6-4.
