Massachusetts High School Football - Lawrence drops to Westford Academy
November 10, 2023: Westford, MA 01886 In Friday's non-league game, the Westford Academy Grey Ghosts (Westford, MA) football team knocked off the visiting Lawrence Lancers (Lawrence, MA), by a final score of 36-19.
The Grey Ghosts (6-4) will now prepare for their game against Acton-Boxborough (Acton, MA). The Colonials come into the Dual County - Thorpe game with a 2-9 record. In their last game, Acton-Boxborough was dropped by Chelmsford (North Chelmsford, MA), 34-0, in a non-league game.
The Lancers now hold a 4-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Central Catholic for a non-league game on Thursday, November 23. Lawrence will battle a Raiders team coming off a 38-21 non-league win over Everett (Everett, MA). The Raiders record now stands at 4-5.
