Corsicana Tigers (Corsicana, TX) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Belton Tigers (Belton, TX), 42-26 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Corsicana upgrades its record to 2-3 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Arlington (Arlington, TX) to play the Colts in a non-league bout on Saturday, November 11. The Colts come into the bout with a record of 1-2. Arlington lost 58-13 in their recent non-league bout against Stony Point (Round Rock, TX)

Next up, the Tigers play the Young Women's Leadership Academy Lady Owls (Fort Worth, TX) in a non-league bout, on Friday, November 10. Belton will attempt to upgrade on its 1-5 season record.
