In Friday's non-league match, the host South Gwinnett Comets basketball team scored a decisive 61-26 triumph over the Mill Creek Hawks.

In their next game, the Comets meet the St. Francis Knights (Alpharetta, GA) in a non-league match, on Monday, November 21. South Gwinnett will attempt to better on its 1-0 season record. The Knights enter the match with a 0-1 record after their 88-69 non-league loss to Fayette County (Fayetteville, GA).
