West Brook Bruins (Beaumont, TX) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host Alief Taylor Lions (Houston, TX), 48-30 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, West Brook upgrades its record to 6-0 on the campaign. The Bruins travel to Foster (Richmond, TX) to play the Falcons in a non-league bout on Saturday, November 12. The Falcons come into the bout with a record of 5-1. Foster won 38-14 in their recent non-league bout against George Ranch (Richmond, TX)
