Texas High School Basketball - Carroll knocked off by MacArthur

The MacArthur Brahmas basketball team scored 56 points and held the host Carroll Tigers to 42 in the Brahmas non-league triumph on Friday.

The Brahmas now sport a 4-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Rio Grande City for a non-league contest on Friday, November 11. MacArthur will battle a Rattlers team coming off a 54-21 non-league loss to Harlan (San Antonio, TX). The Rattlers record now stands at 0-1.

The Tigers (1-3) will now prepare for their contest against Ray (Corpus Christi, TX). The Texans enter the 5A Region IV District 29 contest with a 0-4 record. In their last contest, Ray was defeated by East View (Georgetown, TX), 43-30, in a non-league contest.
