Texas High School Basketball - Groesbeck ripped by Douglass
November 11, 2022: Groesbeck, TX 76642 The Douglass Indians basketball team scored 68 points and held the host Groesbeck Goats to 19 in the Indians non-league triumph on Friday.
The Indians now sport a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Edgewood for a non-league contest on Tuesday, November 15. Douglass will meet a Bulldogs team coming off a 52-48 non-league win over Brownsboro (Brownsboro, TX). The Bulldogs record now stands at 1-0.
The Goats (0-1) will now prepare for their contest against Mildred (Corsicana, TX). The Eagles enter the non-league contest with a 1-1 record. In their last contest, Mildred triumphed over Robinson (Robinson, TX), 46-34, in a non-league contest.
