November 11, 2023: Winthrop, ME Wells Warriors (Wells, ME) fans left the game satisfied Saturday as they observed their football team run past the host Winthrop/Monmouth Academy/Hall-Dale (Winthrop, ME), 35-6 in a non-league test.
With the win, Wells improves its record to 7-3 on the season. The Warriors travel to Foxcroft Academy (Dover-Foxcroft, ME) to confront the Ponies in a non-league test on Saturday, November 18. The Ponies go into the test with a record of 11-0. Foxcroft Academy won 29-8 in their recent non-league test against John Bapst Memorial (Bangor, ME)
With the loss, Winthrop/Monmouth Academy/Hall-Dale moves to 7-3 on the season.
