Georgia High School Basketball - Hillgrove knocked off by Mount Paran Christian
November 11, 2023: Powder Springs, GA 30127 The Mount Paran Christian Eagles basketball team scored 52 points and held the host Hillgrove Hawks to 41 in the Eagles non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Eagles now sport a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Grayson for a non-league contest on Saturday, November 18. Mount Paran Christian will battle a Rams team coming off a 74-59 non-league win over Galloway (Atlanta, GA). The Rams record now stands at 1-0.
The Hawks (0-1) will now prepare for their contest against Pebblebrook (Mableton, GA). The Falcons enter the non-league contest with a 0-2 record. In their last contest, Pebblebrook was defeated by Jonesboro (Jonesboro, GA), 47-25, in a non-league contest.
