Texas High School Basketball - Huntsville overwhelmed by Bryan
November 12, 2021: Bryan, TX 77802 The Bryan Vikings basketball team scored 63 points and restricted the visiting Huntsville Hornets to 38 in the Vikings non-league victory on Friday.
The Vikings now sport a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to College Station for a non-league contest on Tuesday, November 16. Bryan will battle a Cougars team coming off a 42-39 non-league win over Tomball (Tomball, TX). The Cougars record now stands at 1-0.
The Hornets (0-1) will now prepare for their contest against Magnolia (Magnolia, TX). The Bulldogs come into the non-league contest with a 1-3 record. In their last contest, Magnolia triumphed over Cleveland (Cleveland, TX), 43-40, in a non-league contest.
