The Franklin Panthers basketball team scored 51 points and restricted the visiting Mendez Jaguars to 25 in the Panthers non-league victory on Friday.

The Panthers now sport a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Robert F. Kennedy Community for a non-league contest on Monday, November 15. Franklin will battle a Bobcats team coming off a 65-42 non-league win over Larchmont Charter (West Hollywood, CA). The Bobcats record now stands at 1-0.
