The Wagner Thunderbirds basketball team scored 70 points and held the host Brennan Bears to 69 in the Thunderbirds non-league triumph on Friday.

The Thunderbirds now sport a 2-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Flower Mound for a non-league contest on Saturday, November 13. Wagner will battle a Jaguars team coming off a 58-42 non-league win over Stevens (San Antonio, TX). The Jaguars record now stands at 4-0.

The Bears (4-1) will now prepare for their contest against Stevens (San Antonio, TX). The Falcons enter the non-league contest with a 3-1 record. In their last contest, Stevens was nudged by Flower Mound (Flower Mound, TX), 58-42, in a non-league contest.
