The Sharpstown Apollos basketball team (Houston, TX), was overwhelmed 80-56 in Saturday's non-league battle with the host Lamar Texans (Houston, TX)

The Texans now possess a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Clear Lake for a non-league battle on Tuesday, November 15. Lamar will battle a Falcons team coming off a 59-46 non-league win over Lake Creek (Montgomery, TX). The Falcons record now stands at 1-0.
