The Monahans Loboes basketball team scored 71 points and held the visiting Alpine Bucks to 50 in the Loboes non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Loboes now sport a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Snyder for a non-league contest on Tuesday, November 15. Monahans will meet a Tigers team coming off a 29-28 non-league loss to Wall (Wall, TX). The Tigers record now stands at 0-2.

The Bucks (1-1) will now prepare for their contest against Marathon (Marathon, TX). The Mustangs enter the non-league contest with a 0-0 record.
