Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the McCollum Cowboys (San Antonio, TX) and the host Nixon Mustangs (Laredo, TX), saw McCollum's basketball squad wallop Nixon by a tally of 74-53.

With the victory, McCollum improves its record to 4-2 on the campaign. The Cowboys travel to Providence Catholic (San Antonio, TX) to confront the Provets in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, November 15. The Provets come into the challenge with a record of 0-1.
