The Cherokee Warriors basketball team scored 60 points and limited the visiting Woodstock Wolverines to 58 in the Warriors non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Warriors now possess a 1-0 record. They play next when they travel to Sequoyah for a non-league game on Thursday, November 14. Cherokee will confront a Chiefs team coming off a 97-59 non-league win over Denmark (Alpharetta, GA). The Chiefs record now stands at 1-0.

With the loss, Woodstock falls to 0-1 on the campaign. The Wolverines travel to Kell (Marietta, GA) to confront the Longhorns in a non-league game on Saturday, November 16.
