November 12, 2024: Texline, TX 79087 The Palo Duro Dons basketball team scored 78 points and limited the host Texline Tornadoes to 63 in the Dons non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Dons now possess a 2-0 record. They play next when they host Odessa for a non-league game on Friday, November 15. Palo Duro will confront a Bronchos team coming off a 51-34 non-league win over Cooper (Abilene, TX). The Bronchos record now stands at 1-0.
With the loss, Texline falls to 1-1 on the campaign. The Tornadoes host Adrian (Adrian, TX) to confront the Matadors in a 1A Region I District 3 game on Tuesday, December 17. The Matadors go into the game with a record of 0-1.
