The Dekaney Wildcats basketball squad (Houston, TX), lost 44-36 in Tuesday's non-league battle with the visiting Stafford Spartans (Stafford, TX)

With the victory, Stafford advances its record to 3-0 on the year. The Spartans travel to Tidehaven (El Maton, TX) to meet the Tigers in a non-league battle on Thursday, November 14. The Tigers enter the battle with a record of 2-0. Tidehaven won 60-25 in their recent non-league battle against Calhoun (Port Lavaca, TX)

The Wildcats now own a 1-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to North Shore for a non-league battle on Thursday, November 21. Dekaney will meet a Mustangs squad coming off a 48-42 non-league win over Barbers Hill (Mt. Belvieu, TX). The Mustangs record now stands at 6-2.
