The Del Valle Cardinals (Del Valle, TX) basketball edged the visiting Pflugerville Connally Cougars (Austin, TX), 48-43 in Tuesday's non-league bout.

The Cardinals now possess a 5-3 record. They play next when they travel to Southwest Legacy for a non-league bout on Thursday, November 14. Del Valle will play a Titans team coming off a 76-34 non-league loss to Floresville (Floresville, TX). The Titans record now stands at 3-4.
