Indiana High School Basketball - East Central triumphant over Franklin County

November 12, 2024: St. Leon, IN 47012

The crowd at Tuesday's league challenge between the East Central Trojans (St. Leon, IN) and the visiting Franklin County Wildcats (Brookville, IN), observed East Central's basketball team overwhelm Franklin County by a score of 52-26.

The Trojans (3-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Columbus East (Columbus, IN). The Olympians come into the non-league challenge with a 0-4 record. In their last challenge, Columbus East was routed by Roncalli (Indianapolis, IN), 65-55, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Wildcats battle the Northeastern Knights (Fountain City, IN) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, November 16. Franklin County will attempt to improve on its 1-2 season record. The Knights come into the challenge with a 3-0 record after their 56-37 non-league win over Yorktown (Yorktown, IN).
