November 12, 2024: Miami, TX 79059 The Wheeler Mustangs basketball team scored 61 points and limited the host Miami Warriors to 39 in the Mustangs non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Mustangs now have a 2-0 record. They play next when they host Bushland for a non-league game on Friday, November 15. Wheeler will confront a Falcons team coming off a 50-44 non-league win over Dumas (Dumas, TX). The Falcons record now stands at 2-1.
With the loss, Miami falls to 0-1 on the campaign. The Warriors host Sanford-Fritch (Fritch, TX) to confront the Eagles in a non-league game on Saturday, November 16.
