Georgia High School Flag Football - Sequoyah tops Alexander
November 12, 2024: Douglasville, GA 30135 The Sequoyah Chiefs flag football squad scored 19 points and limited the host Alexander Cougars to 0 in the Chiefs non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Chiefs now hold a 11-8 record. They take the field next when they host Marietta for a non-league test on Tuesday, November 12. Sequoyah will meet a Blue Devils squad coming off a 14-7 non-league win over Kell (Marietta, GA). The Blue Devils record now stands at 8-5.
With the defeat, Alexander drops to 6-4 on the campaign. The Cougars travel to Chapel Hill (Douglasville, GA) to meet the Panthers in a D4 Area 2 test on Wednesday, November 20. The Panthers come into the test with a record of 1-8.
