November 13, 2021: San Antonio, TX 78251 Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the United Longhorns (Laredo, TX) and the host Stevens Falcons (San Antonio, TX), saw United's basketball squad wallop Stevens by a tally of 66-44.
With the victory, United improves its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Longhorns host Vela (Edinburg, TX) to confront the Sabercats in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, November 16. The Sabercats come into the challenge with a record of 1-0. Vela won 53-51 in their recent non-league challenge against Harlingen South (Harlingen, TX)
Next up, the Falcons confront the Canyon Cougars (New Braunfels, TX) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, November 16. Stevens will attempt to improve on its 1-1 season record. The Cougars come into the challenge with a 1-0 record after their 56-51 non-league win over John Paul II (New Braunfels, TX).
