Mississippi High School Basketball - North Delta trounced by Washington
November 13, 2023: Greenville, MS 38703 The Washington Generals bounced the visiting North Delta Green Wave basketball squad by a count of 57-34 in Monday's non-league challenge.
With the victory, Washington upgrades its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Generals travel to Calhoun Academy (Calhoun City, MS) to play the Cougars in a non-league challenge on Friday, December 1. The Cougars come into the challenge with a record of 0-0.
Next up, the Green Wave play the Lee Academy Cougars (Marianna, AR) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, November 16. North Delta will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record.
