California High School Basketball - Burroughs overwhelms Arleta
November 13, 2023: Burbank, CA 91506 Fans at Monday's non-league challenge between the Burroughs Bears (Burbank, CA) and the visiting Arleta Mustangs (Arleta, CA), saw Burroughs's basketball squad wallop Arleta by a tally of 66-25.
With the victory, Burroughs improves its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Bears host Van Nuys (Van Nuys, CA) to confront the Wolves in a non-league challenge on Thursday, November 16. The Wolves come into the challenge with a record of 1-0. Van Nuys won 46-42 in their recent non-league challenge against Valley Academy of Arts & Sciences (Granada Hills, CA)
Next up, the Mustangs confront the Vaughn White Tigers (San Fernando, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, November 15. Arleta will attempt to improve on its 0-1 season record.
