The Lamar Vikings (Arlington, TX) basketball got by the visiting Saginaw Rough Riders (Saginaw, TX), 41-38 in Thursday's non-league test.

Next, the Vikings clash with the Bell Blue Raiders (Hurst, TX) in a non-league test, on Tuesday, November 18. Lamar will attempt to improve on its 1-3 season record. The Blue Raiders come into the test with a 4-1 record after their 69-49 non-league win over Waxahachie (Waxahachie, TX).
