California High School Basketball - Calvary Chapel can't hold off Aquinas
November 14, 2023: Santa Ana, CA 92704 The Aquinas Falcons basketball team scored 37 points and restricted the host Calvary Chapel Eagles to 33 in the Falcons non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Falcons now sport a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Troy for a non-league contest on Wednesday, November 15. Aquinas will battle a Warriors team coming off a 73-55 non-league loss to Lakewood (Lakewood, CA). The Warriors record now stands at 0-1.
The Eagles (0-2) will now prepare for their contest against Buena Park (Buena Park, CA). The Coyotes come into the non-league contest with a 1-2 record. In their last contest, Buena Park edged Kennedy (La Palma, CA), 59-47, in a non-league contest.
