Louisiana High School Basketball - East Jefferson crushes Jefferson RISE Charter
November 14, 2023: Metairie, LA 70001 East Jefferson Warriors (Metairie, LA) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Jefferson RISE Charter (Harvey, LA), 93-63 in a non-league bout.
With the win, East Jefferson upgrades its record to 1-0 on the season. The Warriors travel to St. Augustine (New Orleans, LA) to play the Purple Knights in a non-league bout on Friday, November 17. The Purple Knights go into the bout with a record of 1-0. St. Augustine won 94-57 in their recent non-league bout against L.W. Higgins (Marrero, LA)
Next up, the play the South Plaquemines Hurricanes (Buras, LA) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, November 16. Jefferson RISE Charter will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record. The Hurricanes go into the bout with a 1-0 record after their 67-33 non-league win over New Orleans Military & Maritime Academy (New Orleans, LA).
