November 14, 2023: Arlington, TX 76002 The Seguin Cougars (Arlington, TX) basketball nipped the visiting Lincoln Tigers (Dallas, TX), 65-63 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Cougars (2-0) will now prepare for their test against Lamar (Arlington, TX). The Vikings go into the non-league test with a 0-1 record. In their last test, Lamar was tipped by Birdville (North Richland Hills, TX), 70-44, in a non-league test.
The Tigers now own a 1-2 record. They play next when they travel to Newman Smith for a non-league test on Friday, November 17. Lincoln will encounter a Trojans squad coming off a 45-38 non-league loss to Byron Nelson (Trophy Club, TX). The Trojans record now stands at 1-2.
