Walnut Grove Wildcats (Prosper, TX) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Trinity Leadership Tigers (Cedar Hill, TX), 65-52 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Walnut Grove upgrades its record to 2-1 on the season. The Wildcats travel to Sachse (Sachse, TX) to play the Mustangs in a non-league bout on Thursday, November 16. The Mustangs go into the bout with a record of 1-2. Sachse won 71-59 in their recent non-league bout against North Mesquite (Mesquite, TX)

Next up, the Tigers play the College Station Cougars (College Station, TX) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, November 16. Trinity Leadership will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record. The Cougars go into the bout with a 1-0 record after their 43-31 non-league win over Caldwell (Caldwell, TX).
