Hickory Grove Christian Lions (Charlotte, NC) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Carolina International Comets (Concord, NC), 56-10 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Hickory Grove Christian upgrades its record to 1-0 on the season. The Lions host Greater Cabarrus Stallions (Concord, NC) to play the Stallions in a non-league bout on Friday, November 17. The Stallions go into the bout with a record of 1-1. Greater Cabarrus Stallions lost 58-27 in their recent non-league bout against State Line HomeSchool Rush (Galax, VA)

Next up, the Comets play the Hickory Ridge Ragin' Bulls (Harrisburg, NC) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, November 21. Carolina International will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record.
