Texas High School Basketball - Horn fells Mansfield Summit
November 14, 2023: Mesquite, TX 75181 Horn Jaguars (Mesquite, TX) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Mansfield Summit Jaguars (Arlington, TX), 54-34 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Horn upgrades its record to 3-1 on the season. The Jaguars travel to Hebron (Carrollton, TX) to play the Hawks in a non-league bout on Thursday, November 16. The Hawks go into the bout with a record of 4-0. Hebron won 58-37 in their recent non-league bout against McKinney (McKinney, TX)
Next up, the Jaguars play the Crowley Eagles (Crowley, TX) in a non-league bout, on Friday, November 17. Mansfield Summit will attempt to upgrade on its 2-5 season record. The Eagles go into the bout with a 5-1 record after their 56-39 non-league win over Colleyville Heritage (Colleyville, TX).
