California High School Basketball - Tesoro can't hold off Huntington Beach
November 14, 2023: Huntington Beach, CA 92648 The Huntington Beach Oilers basketball team scored 48 points and held the visiting Tesoro Titans to 41 in the Oilers non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Oilers now sport a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Tustin for a non-league contest on Thursday, November 16. Huntington Beach will battle a Tillers team coming off a 30-18 non-league win over Trabuco Hills (Mission Viejo, CA). The Tillers record now stands at 2-0.
Next up, the Titans play the Trabuco Hills Mustangs (Mission Viejo, CA) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, November 16. Tesoro will attempt to upgrade on its 1-1 season record. The Mustangs come into the bout with a 1-1 record after their 30-18 non-league loss to Tustin (Tustin, CA).
