November 14, 2023: Lamesa, TX 79331 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Lamesa Tornadoes (Lamesa, TX) and the visiting Lake View Chiefs (San Angelo, TX), saw Lamesa's basketball squad wallop Lake View by a tally of 70-23.
With the victory, Lamesa improves its record to 2-2 on the campaign. The Tornadoes travel to Valley (Turkey, TX) to play the Patriots in a non-league challenge on Thursday, November 16. The Patriots come into the challenge with a record of 2-2. Valley won 72-30 in their recent non-league challenge against Follett (Follett, TX)
Next up, the Chiefs play the Denver City Mustangs (Denver City, TX) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, November 17. Lake View will attempt to improve on its 0-3 season record. The Mustangs come into the challenge with a 0-3 record after their 70-46 non-league loss to Sundown (Sundown, TX).
