Texas High School Basketball - Wylie East nips Royse City
November 14, 2023: Wylie, TX 75098 Wylie East Raiders (Wylie, TX) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the visiting Royse City Bulldogs (Royse City, TX), 56-49 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Wylie East upgrades its record to 4-3 on the campaign. The Raiders travel to Cedar Ridge (Round Rock, TX) to play the Raiders in a non-league bout on Thursday, November 16. The Raiders come into the bout with a record of 4-3. Cedar Ridge lost 53-36 in their recent non-league bout against McKinney (McKinney, TX)
Next up, the Bulldogs play the Princeton Panthers (Princeton, TX) in a non-league bout, on Monday, November 20. Royse City will attempt to upgrade on its 6-1 season record. The Panthers come into the bout with a 3-1 record after their 52-29 non-league win over Hallsville (Hallsville, TX).
