The Washington Union Panthers basketball team scored 31 points and held the visiting Sanger West Hornets to 21 in the Panthers non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Panthers now sport a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Hanford West for a non-league contest on Monday, November 20.

The Hornets (0-1) will now prepare for their bout against Stockdale (Bakersfield, CA). The Mustangs come into the non-league bout with a 0-1 record. In their last bout, Stockdale was dropped by Tehachapi (Tehachapi, CA), 61-11, in a non-league bout.
