Arkansas High School Basketball - Westside thwarts Charleston
November 14, 2024: Coal Hill, AR 72832 The crowd at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Westside Rebels (Coal Hill, AR) and the visiting Charleston Tigers (Charleston, AR), observed Westside's basketball team knock off Charleston by a score of 62-42.
The Rebels (3-1) will now prepare for their challenge against St. Joseph (Conway, AR). The Bulldogs come into the non-league challenge with a 2-3 record. In their last challenge, St. Joseph was knocked off by Bald Knob (Bald Knob, AR), 65-44, in a non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Tigers encounter the Subiaco Academy Trojans (Subiaco, AR) in a 3A Region 4 challenge, on Tuesday, November 19. Charleston will attempt to improve on its 1-2 season record. The Trojans come into the challenge with a 2-1 record after their 59-31 non-league win over Southside (Fort Smith, AR).
