The Tri-Township Tigers (LaCrosse, IN) basketball edged the host Michigan City Wolves (Michigan City, IN), 55-51 in Thursday's non-league bout.

The Tigers now possess a 2-0 record. They play next when they travel to Tri-County for a non-league bout on Saturday, November 16. Tri-Township will play a Cavaliers team coming off a 57-44 non-league loss to Rensselaer Central (Rensselaer, IN). The Cavaliers record now stands at 1-1.

With the loss, Michigan City falls to 1-2 on the campaign. The Wolves travel to Plymouth (Plymouth, IN) to play the Pilgrims/Rockies in a non-league bout on Saturday, November 16.
