North Carolina High School Basketball - Wesleyan Christian Academy victorious over Covenant Day
November 14, 2024: Matthews, NC 28105 In Thursday's non-league contest, the visiting Wesleyan Christian Academy Trojans basketball team scored a good 58-50 triumph over the Covenant Day Lions.
The Trojans (1-1) will now prepare for their contest against Durham Academy (Durham, NC). The Cavaliers go into the non-league contest with a 1-0 record. In their last contest, Durham Academy topped Voyager Academy (Durham, NC), 52-50, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Lions battle the Legion Collegiate Academy Lancers (Rock Hill, SC) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, November 19. Covenant Day will attempt to better on its 0-1 season record.
