California High School Basketball - Huntington Park overwhelmed by Wilson
November 14, 2025: Huntington Park, CA 90255 The Wilson Mules bounced the host Huntington Park Spartans basketball squad by a final score of 76-55 in Friday's non-league bout.
The Mules now possess a 1-0 record. They play next when they host Roosevelt for a non-league bout on Wednesday, November 19.
With the loss, Huntington Park falls to 0-1 on the campaign. The Spartans host Lakeview Charter (Sylmar, CA) to play the Lions in a non-league bout on Wednesday, November 19. The Lions come into the test with a record of 0-0.
First Quarter
Wilson came out strong from the tip with Cris Ramirez leading the quarter with aggressive play scoring 14pts to lead the quarter. Wilson finished the quarter 21-9
Second Quarter
Second quarter continued for Cris Ramirez in domination but got some added help from Jason Limias and Jaydon Fragoso as they got going on the scoring side. Winning the quarter 16-10
Third Quarter
Third quarter came out sluggish but Jason Limias picked up the weight scoring 9 points to keep wilson leading...Although as a team we gave up 22 points to Huntington Park.
Fourth Quarter
4th and final quarter we got back on it and woke up Jaydon Fragoso who scored 13 of his 24 points in the 4th quarter finishing with a game high of 24 points, capping off the first win of the season for Wilson. We finished the quarter 20-14 winning the game 74-55.
