Bridgeland Bears (Cypress, TX) boosters went home thrilled Friday as they saw their basketball team tip the visiting Ball Tornadoes (Galveston, TX), 63-61 in a non-league contest.

The Bears (3-3) will now prepare for their contest against Pearland (Pearland, TX). The Oilers go into the non-league contest with a 4-1 record. In their last contest, Pearland nipped Fort Bend Dulles (Sugar Land, TX), 73-12, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Tornadoes confront the Ridge Point Panthers (Missouri City, TX) in a non-league contest, on Friday, November 14. Ball will attempt to better on its 3-2 season record.
