With the victory, Rio Grande City advances its record to 1-1 on the campaign. The Rattlers travel to La Joya (La Joya, TX) to confront the Coyotes in a non-league contest on Tuesday, November 25. The Coyotes go into the contest with a record of 4-2.
In their next game, the Mavericks confront the Hidalgo Early College Pirates (Hidalgo, TX) in a non-league contest, on Friday, November 14. Madison will attempt to better on its 2-4 season record. The Pirates enter the match with a 0-2 record after their 39-26 non-league loss to Mission Veterans Memorial (Mission, TX).
