Cypress Springs Panthers (Cypress, TX) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Cypress Creek Cougars (Houston, TX), 46-37 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Cypress Springs upgrades its record to 6-3 on the season. The Panthers travel to Conroe (Conroe, TX) to play the Tigers in a non-league bout on Friday, November 18. The Tigers go into the bout with a record of 2-4. Conroe lost 53-37 in their recent non-league bout against Westfield (Houston, TX)

Next up, the Cougars play the North Crowley Panthers (Fort Worth, TX) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, November 17. Cypress Creek will attempt to upgrade on its 1-2 season record. The Panthers go into the bout with a 3-2 record after their 41-29 non-league loss to Royse City (Royse City, TX).
