Illinois High School Basketball - Riverside-Brookfield overwhelmed by Lincoln-Way East
November 15, 2022: Riverside, IL 60546 The Lincoln-Way East Griffins basketball team scored 73 points and restricted the host Riverside-Brookfield Bulldogs to 30 in the Griffins non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Griffins now sport a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Hinsdale Central for a non-league contest on Saturday, November 19. Lincoln-Way East will battle a Red Devils team coming off a 56-45 non-league win over Metea Valley (Aurora, IL). The Red Devils record now stands at 1-0.
The Bulldogs (0-1) will now prepare for their contest against Ridgewood (Norridge, IL). The Rebels come into the Metro Suburban contest with a 1-1 record.
